WHAT IS RAD HOLIDAYS?

Rad Holidays is an online store selling direct to consumer. We aim to provide you with the highest quality apparel, accessories, and gift ideas for your company holiday party, family event, or hanging with friends.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We ship from Detroit, Michigan. Please keep in mind that if you order multiple items, they may arrive separately.  Normal shipping time is 3-7 days.

IS IT SAFE TO PUT MY CREDIT CARD INFO INTO THIS WEBSITE?

Yes. That’s all handled by our payment processor (Shopify). We don’t store any of your credit card information. Shopify is a PCI compliant shopping cart and hosting service. For additional information, click the "Shopify Secure" icon at the bottom of the page.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

We currently only handle orders within the USA.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
